What you say in conversation with the employment officer will be noted in your case if it is relevant to the case.

How long do we save your data?
When you phone Arbetsförmedlingen, we will keep your telephone number in our logs for 15 months. This is so that we can subsequently see who has called us in the event that any questions about the conversation arise.
If you have identified yourself, your conversation with the employment officer will be noted in your case if it is relevant to the case. How long the data is kept will vary according to the type of case and is governed by the archiving rules for the case. The data is normally removed 26 months after you have stopped being registered with Arbetsförmedlingen.
Will your data be transferred to anyone else?
Arbetsförmedlingen will not transfer your personal data to any other organisation when you phone us.
Processing of personal data when you chat with our bot
What do we do with your personal data?
We process your personal data when you use our chatbot so that you are able to get answers to simple questions without having to queue to talk to an employment officer. We do this so that you can get a better service from us, which is a task in the public interest that Arbetsförmedlingen performs in accordance with Section 6 of the Administrative Procedure Act (2017:900).
What data about you do we process?
When you chat with our chatbot, we use your IP address so that we can communicate with you. The chatbot uses what you write in the chat box to search its database for suitable answers. If you enter personal data about yourself, this data will be processed, however the chatbot does not search for answers based on unique information about you.
How long do we save your data?
No personal data about you is saved after you close your chat with the chatbot.
Will your data be transferred to anyone else?
When you use our chatbot, no personal data is transferred outside Arbetsförmedlingen. The chatbot is technically supported by Telia, but nobody at Telia can see what you have written.
