Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? we are looking for a communicative, sales-driven, and collaborative Recruiter to join our customer. About the Role As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and matching the best candidates with our clients´ unique needs. You’ll also contribute to growing our customer’s network of professionals and partners, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your Key Responsibilities: • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs. • Identify and evaluate candidates, ensuring the best matches for client opportunities. • Expand our customer’s network of partners and professionals based on market demands. • Stay updated on market trends, relevant skills, and emerging technologies. • Communicate our customer’s service offerings and their value proposition effectively. Who You Are You are a team player with a talent for building strong relationships and achieving shared goals. You bring curiosity, positivity, and adaptability to everything you do. We’re looking for someone with: • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing. • A background in client-facing roles and familiarity with ATS or CRM systems. • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken). The position is a consulting assignment through Adecco, starting immediately and continuing until the end of June.
