Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System & Product Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Conducting tests on prototypes and participating in their development and assembly.
• Planning, executing, and reporting tests while effectively communicating results to project teams and R&D.
• Enhancing testing processes and systems in collaboration with R&D to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Exploring and evaluating new technologies and methods to expand testing capabilities.
• Managing multiple parallel projects and taking ownership of testing responsibilities.

What you bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in system and product testing, including experience in software development and system testing.
• A Swedish driving license for a car (B-license).
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A B.Sc. or higher degree in software development, embedded development, testing, or mechatronics.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Python programming.
• Familiarity with Jira and synapseRT as planning tools.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, including outdoor testing in varying conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
