Clinic Manager/ Kosmetolog Copenhagen

About the Role

Our client, who specializes in tattoo removal using the latest laser technology, is now in a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to help launch their second clinic in Copenhagen. The client offers a comprehensive range of treatments for tattoo removal. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Clinic Manager.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for running and managing your own clinic. This means that you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will help them understand the services, answer their questions, and guide them through the entire process. Your tasks will also include encouraging potential clients to book treatments and helping them feel comfortable and confident with their decision to choose the clinic. Training in laser and tattoo removal will be provided on-site.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Performing treatments at the clinic.
• Conducting consultations both at the clinic and online.
• Keeping records and documenting treatments.
• Managing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring it remains clean and presentable.
• Handling customer contacts and bookings via chat, phone, and email (shared among the clinics).

Requirements:

• Certified skin therapist
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales and customer service.

Preferred experience:

• Experience from the healthcare sector or similar medical fields.
• Knowledge and experience with laser or IPL technology.
• CIDESCO/ITEC certificate
