When you need to prove you have applied for jobs
This page is for people who have received a letter from us asking for proof that you have applied for the jobs you have described in your activity report. You can do this in two ways: by sending in documents together with the response form you have received or by filling in and submitting the form further down this page.
What documents should you send in?
The letter you have received states which jobs you have applied for, based on the information we received in your activity report. You should send in documents that prove you have applied for these jobs. For example, you could attach:
- your job application or your CV
- other documents, such as a reply from an employer showing that you have applied for the job or something that shows the employer has received a job application from you
- a screenshot that confirms you have applied for the job.
What happens if you do not reply?
If you do not answer on time or cannot prove that you have applied for the jobs you have listed in your activity report, you may be issued a warning or lose your compensation for one or more days.

How to submit your documents
You only need to submit documents if you have received a letter from us asking you to prove that you have applied for the jobs you have described in your activity report. You can submit your documents in two ways – via the form on this page or by posting them.
Via the post if your identity is protected
If your identity is protected, do not use the form on this page. You will need to respond by post instead. Use the response form that you received with the letter and post it to us together with your documents.
Via the online form if your identity is not protected
If your identity is not protected, you can use the form on this page to send the documents to us.
Prepare before you start to fill in the form
You need to collect your documents and have them ready before you start filling in the form. That way, you can quickly fill in the form, attach the documents and send in your answer. For security reasons, files attached to the form are removed if you are inactive on the page for 60 minutes.
