Contact information for those who work at a municipality

There is a mutual exchange of information between Arbetsförmedlingen and each municipality. How information is exchanged depends on local procedures and agreements, as well as where in the municipality you work.

How to contact us

Here you will find information on how to contact us, depending on where you work in the municipality, and how to access and exchange information about jobseekers.

When requesting automated information

Via API (automated information exchange), you can access Arbetsförmedlingen’s decisions on studies and activities for jobseekers who are about to start studying at komvux. You can use My pages for municipalities if you do not have API exchange.
