Do you need to try a job to find out if you are able to do it? If so, reinforced on-the-job training may be right for you. Reinforced on-the-job training involves supervised participation in the activities at a workplace.
What
In reinforced on-the-job training you will spend some time in a workplace and participate in the operations. With reinforced on-the-job training, you get more guidance and it can last longer than regular work training. During reinforced on-the-job training, you will be given the opportunity to try several different types of tasks and steps. The purpose of reinforced on-the-job training is for you to understand whether you are suitable for the job. By practicing at a workplace, you can gain experience and references that can make it easier for you to get a job.
The duration of the scheme differs depending on which programme you participate in. For those who participate in a Job Guarantee for Youth, the training can last up to 6 months. For those who participate in the Job and Development Guarantee or the Establishment Programme, the reinforced on-the-job training can last up to 12 months.

Reinforced on-the-job training is intended for participants in the Job and Development Guarantee, the Job Guarantee for Youth or the Establishment Programme.
How it works
- Please contact us if you are interested in reinforced on-the-job training. Together we will find out which workplace is best for you.
- The employer will appoint a supervisor to help you in the workplace.
- Before you start your reinforced on-the-job training, we conclude an agreement with you, the employer and the supervisor. The agreement concerns, among other things, what support you need, what tasks you should be given, your working hours and how long you should participate in reinforced on-the-job training.
