How it works

If you are interested in working at Samhall, start by telling an Employment Officer. If you both agree that it is a good idea, you can pay a visit to Samhall. Then you will find out more about what it means to work and develop there. Before you begin your employment, we will draw up an agreement between you and Samhall. Among other things, this describes what your goal is with regard to the position, what different steps you need to take to develop and what support you may need.

Throughout the employment period, your manager will encourage, challenge and support you. The goal is that you will one day be ready to take the next step and move on to a position with another employer.


When employed at Samhall, you receive wages and other employment benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
