Solutions to common problems

Why can I not submit my activity report?

You are required to submit your activity report for the previous month, no earlier than the 1st and no later than the 14th of each month. If the 14th falls on a weekend or public holiday, you should submit your activity report no later than the first working day thereafter.

Why can't I submit my activity report digitally?

To submit your activity report digitally, you need to log in with your e-identification. Once you have linked your account to an e-identification, such as Mobile BankID, you can submit your activity report digitally.

Read more about how to link your account to an e-identification:

I accidentally submitted my activity report before it was finished, what do I do?

It is not possible to revise your report if you have sent it before it was completed. If you need to add more activities, the easiest way to do this is by calling us.

Please note that the activity report has to be submitted no later than the 14th of every month. That applies even if you need to add activities.

Why can I not log in even though I have received a new password?

  1. Check that you have not activated Caps Lock as the username and password are case sensitive.
  2. Try to type the information manually. Do not use the copy and paste function when filling in the information as spaces may be included in what you copy.
  3. If you are still unable to log in or if the account is temporarily blocked, get a new username and order a new password at the same time. Then try to log in again:

It may also help if you clear the cookies and temporary internet files in your web browser.

Why can I not log in with my BankID/E-ID?

Start by testing your E-ID:

Test your BankID (test.bankid.com)

If you have a card reader for your BankID it has to be connected to the computer with a cable. In some cases, you may need a device driver for the card reader, which can be downloaded from your bank’s website. If you have E-ID from Telia or Ica Banken, you can test it.

If your E-ID works on the test page, it should also work when you log in to arbetsformedlingen.se. If there you are still having problems, you can contact technical support.

If your E-ID does not work on the test page, you must contact the issuer/bank to get help with troubleshooting.

Do you have problems with BankID when using Google Chrome?

If you have problems logging in with BankID and you are using Google Chrome you must change a setting on your computer. The latest version of Chrome (32 or later) requires you to allow the use of plugins.
