Form for requesting disclosure of personal data or documents for authorities. We release information that is needed in the authority's processing after the request for release has been received and tested for confidentiality.

If the jobseeker has protected identity, do not use the form. Contact us by phone instead.

Incoming cases are handled in turn order, usually you will receive a response within four working days. The reply is sent by post to the official postal address of the authority (myndighet), and is addressed to the person who made the inquiry.
