Form for requesting disclosure of personal data or documents for municipalities. We release information that is needed in the municipalities processing after the request for release has been received and tested for confidentiality

If the jobseeker has protected identity, do not use the form. Then contact us by phone instead.

Before submitting the form, you need to ensure that the information is available in SSBTEK (in Swedish). If the information is not in SSBTEK, then you can use this form.

Incoming cases are handled in turn order, usually you will receive a response within four working days. The reply is sent by post to the official postal address of the municipality (kommun), and is addressed to the person who made the inquiry.
