Connect your recruitment tool to the Job Bank (Platsbanken)

Moving ads to the Job Bank (Platsbanken) is a free service that takes place via an API from your recruitment tool. The API allows you to publish, update and remove ads, and to see their status. How to connect your recruitment tool

1. Submit an application

As a supplier of a recruitment tool, submit an application using the form below.

2. We send information

We will email instructions and an API key to the first contact person listed in the application. The email also includes a consent key that you should give to the employer. A client secre, a password required to access the API, will be sent via SMS.

3. The employer gives their authorisation

The employer approves your recruitment tool for transferring ads by showing us the authorisation key.

4. Advertise in the Job Bank

Once the employer has shown us the authorisation key, you can start transferring ads to the Job Bank. The transferred ads will appear in the Job Bank within 15 minutes.
