Request reassessment of a decision from the Compensation Examination unit
If you have received a decision on a warning or suspension of the right to activity support, development allowance or introduction benefit, it is possible to request reassessment of the decision.
You do this by downloading and filling out the form “Request for reassessment of a decision on a warning or sanction” (Begäran om omprövning av beslut om varning eller sanktion). The address to send the form to is already filled in.
Note - this form should only be used to request reassessment of a decision on a warning or suspension of the right to activity support, development allowance or introduction benefit. If you wish to request reassessment of a decision on a warning or suspension of the right to unemployment benefit from your unemployment insurance fund, you should instead contact them directly for more information on how to do this.
