The report "EURES Labor shortages and surplus report 2023" is now available to view.
This year's report on labour shortages and surplus in the EU, is the 6th edition and focuses on three areas:
- Construction sector
- Mobility across borders
- Vulnerability among workers in surplus occupations.
The report indicates a tighter labour market across Europe. Despite slower economic growth, many companies are competing for labour. This is particularly evident in the construction sector, healthcare, IT, and engineering industries.
