Our offices
At a service office (servicekontor), you can get help with simple tasks related to the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). You do not need to schedule a time to visit our service office. In some cases, you may need to schedule a time with us. In many cities, we therefore have our own offices and other premises where we can meet with you.
You can get help with the following at a service office
The service office is a collaboration between the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), Swedish Pensions Agency (Pensionsmyndigheten), Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket) and the National Government Service Centre (Statens servicecenter). At the National Government Service Centre’s service office, you can get help with:
- using digital services from Arbetsförmedlingen
- registering at Arbetsförmedlingen
- reporting an activity
- filling in and printing forms and certificates
- finding and understanding information about and from Arbetsförmedlingen.
If you are a jobseeker, you can use a computer to search for a job and fill in applications.
If you are an employer, you can get help using Arbetsförmedlingen online services and get general information.
You do not need to schedule a time to get help at the service office. Before visiting a service office, check the opening hours, as they may change quickly. Remember to bring identification when visiting a service office.
When sending a letter to us
When sending a letter in the post to our offices, use the address below unless otherwise stated. You may write the name of the recipient on the envelope, but it must be written underneath ‘Arbetsförmedlingen’. You do not have to write a recipient on the envelope.

Good to know
If you write the name of the recipient above ‘Arbetsförmedlingen’, the letter will be delayed at Postnord’s terminal in Stockholm and may not arrive at all.
