At Statens servicecenter (the National Government Service Centre), you can get help with questions concerning Arbetsförmedlingen.

At Statens servicecenter, you can get help with:

  • borrowing a computer to search for jobs and write job applications
  • using Arbetsförmedlingen’s website
  • registering with Arbetsförmedlingen
  • reporting your activities
  • filling in and printing out forms and certificates
  • finding and understanding information from Arbetsförmedlingen.

Statens servicecenter runs service centres in cooperation with Arebtsförmedlingen, Pensionsmyndigheten (the Swedish Pensions Agency), Försäkringskassan (the Swedish Social Insurance Agency), Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency), and Migrationsverket (the Swedish Migration Agency). At service centres, you can get help with issues involving several government agencies in one place.

You do not need to make an appointment to get help at a service centre. Before visiting a service centre, it is a good idea to check the opening hours as they can change quickly. Remember to bring identification with you when visiting a service centre.
