Opening PDF documents

How to open a PDF depends on witch computer and web browser you are using and whether you have any individual settings.

To open PDF files you may need to have the software Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

Below are some examples to show how you can download and open PDF files.

Open PDF with Google Chrome web browser

  • Right-click the link to the document
  • Choose “Save link as...”
  • When you have downloaded the document you can open it from your computer

Open PDF with web browser Microsoft Edge

  • Click on the link to the document
  • The document should now be listed in Downloads or found on your computer explorer Downloaded files
  • You can also right-click on the link and choose “Save as...”
  • When you have downloaded the document you can open it from your computer

Open PDF with Mozilla Firefox

  • Click on the link, the document should now have opened in a new window
  • You can also right-click on the link and choose “Save as...”
  • When you have downloaded the document you can open it from your computer

Open PDF with Apple Safari

  • Click on the link
  • Answer Allow to the question Do you want to allow downloads on "arbetsformedlingen.se"
  • Then open the file in the Downloads folder on your Mac
