Form for requests for disclosure of personal data or documents for unemployment insurance funds. We release information that is needed in the unemployment insurance funds processing after the request for release has been received and tested for confidentiality.

Incoming cases are handled in turn order, usually you will receive a response within four working days. The reply is sent by post to the official postal address of the unemployment insurance fund (arbetslöshetskassa), and is addressed to the person who made the inquiry.
