Request reassessment of a decision from the Follow up and Monitoring unit
If you are an employer who has received a decision on a recovery claim or refused payment of support, you have the opportunity to request reassessment of the decision.
You do this by downloading and filling out the form “Request for reassessment of a decision that you must pay back support, subsidy or compensation” (Begäran om omprövning av beslut om att du ska betala tillbaka stöd, bidrag eller ersättning). The address to send the form to is already filled in.
Note - this form should only be used if you are an employer and wish to request reassessment of a decision on a recovery claim or refused payment.
